As the national technical resource center, CRRCDC is active in conducting scientific research and domestic and international academic exchanges.
CRRCDC has completed more than 50 scientific research projects supported by the national, provincial government and ministerial departments, operated a portal website on hearing and speech rehabilitation and published the only national scientific journal in this field. In 2007, CRRCDC and WHO co-hosted the first International Conference on Prevention and Rehabilitation of Hearing Impairment in Beijing.
